2.1 By accessing the pickwise platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the pickwise platform and close your Account if one has been created.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and participate in real-money gaming on pickwise. 3.4 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of pickwise, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on the platform.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of funds pending verification.

4.4 You must notify pickwise immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security by contacting our support team.
5.1 All transactions on pickwise are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pickwise supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time.
5.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the relevant payment pages within your Account. These limits may vary by payment method and Account verification status.
5.3 pickwise does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from joint accounts or accounts belonging to another person are not permitted.
5.4 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed pending KYC review. pickwise aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the withdrawal page, but does not guarantee processing times in all circumstances.
5.5 pickwise reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your Account wallet if the withdrawal cannot be completed for any reason, including but not limited to failed KYC verification or suspected fraudulent activity.

7.1 All Games on pickwise are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
7.2 pickwise uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable Games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. pickwise does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, pickwise will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, pickwise reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Account.
7.4 pickwise reserves the right to void any bet or withhold any payout where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the outcome was influenced by collusion, cheating, software exploitation, or any other form of fraudulent activity.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pickwise platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

10.1 All content on the pickwise platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks, is the property of pickwise or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pickwise platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of pickwise.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pickwise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 pickwise's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
11.3 pickwise does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.
12.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting pickwise support. Upon closure, any remaining verified funds in your Account wallet will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
12.2 pickwise reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
12.3 Upon termination for cause, pickwise reserves the right to withhold any funds in your Account pending investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, funds may be forfeited and the matter referred to the relevant Philippine authorities.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be submitted to pickwise's internal dispute resolution process. You may initiate a dispute by contacting our support team with full details of your complaint.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.
14.1 pickwise reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pickwise will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform.
14.2 The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the pickwise platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
